OPSU offers the best bang for the buck. It is a rural campus, and there are few employment options for the nontraditional student beyond WalMart, Seaboard foods, and the local wind energy/oil companies, but there are several on campus jobs and opportunities for career related work. The campus has a faculty and student body that genuinely cares about each other, and there is a great deal of hands on/one-to-one involvement.

I work in education, and the skills I learned while at OPSU have greatly helped me in the budget and management process, as well as giving me valuable hands on experience in my role as a Network Administrator. I have talked with students from other universities who have complained that they were unable to get hands on experience at their university…this is not the case at OPSU!
