A teabagger who moves to the west coast …smart… |
I highly doubt that someone who attended "University" of Phoenix would end up at UO. You can't buy grades at UO. "This is an extremely politically liberal school…" Yes, thank you for stating the obvious. Eugene is one of the most liberal college towns in the U.S. |
Shows what you know, I was born on the west coast, my grandparents and great grand parents were are burried in Oregon and my ancestor was first to coin the name Oregon. The University of Phoenix is an online university. You don't buy grades at either, the instuctors are just more repectful to the students at UOP. Do you start all your comments with derogatory statement and insults? Obviously a stinking liberal. |
Obviously a prehistoric fucktard. Go back to online 'school', waste your money on a a diploma mill degree… You're already too old to do anything with it, except maybe provide pseudo educational merit to your back ass wards right wing pigheadedness. |
"prehistoric fucktard" is not nice although perhaps accurate. What we do see is someone who has taken classes at a questionable on-line "university" who found University of Oregon too challenging. Real classes are more difficult that on-line classes and involve interacting with faculty and other students. Qualified faculty are often arrogant and sometimes with good reason. Learning to interact with them is just part of attending a University. It is unfortunate that you were unable to follow instructions in your classes but this is exactly the sort of thing grades are designed to reflect. |
The commentator seems to have mised the point. If the OP did attend U of Phoenix, then how did they get into U of Owe? If this is true, and I have to assume it be so because why the hell else would the OP be commenting about the school, then it speaks an entire library. U of Owe is neither elite nor selective, which was true when I attended. The bulk of undergrads are from out of state, meaning that they're paying multiple times more than in-state to attend a less than mediocre university. At some point, even the stupidest USAAmerican is going to realize that U of Owe isn't worth the money and won't enroll. The admins have created a situation that is completely unsustainable… |
Major: Art & Design Department (This Major's Salary over time)
This is an extremely politically liberal school, students are afraid to participate in class discussions for fear of negative response. Out of 8 classes in two terms I had serious trouble with two instructors who disrespected me over political beliefs. The counseling at UO is practically nonexistent. Course syllabuses and calendars are nonexistent or vague and incomplete, assignments may require hunting for due date or the assignment itself. Assignments are difficult to access and the web site requires one browser for one assignment and another for the next. Disability services are unhelpful and inadequate especially parking for people with mobility issues. I applied for my FASA and granted in February and Schools Financial Aid department has not reflected it as of June 1st for Fall term. I had two instructors that seemed prejudice to my age of 53 and one instructor threw me out of class because she politically disagreed with a Digital Arts video assignment I produced. I did my AA IT degree at the University of Phoenix with a 3.71 GPA with 17 As, 2 Bs, and one C. At UO I have no As out of 8 classes because of disorganized syllabuses, hidden assignments and unpublished due dates which was not a problem at UOP. I am looking for another university to complete my BS degree.
