The town has absolutely no nightlife other than the few bars in the plaza. If you're already over the party scene, there isn't much to do other than outdoors stuff (hiking, camping, hanging out at a cold wet beach). Stoners get annoying as do the transients who panhandle for spare weed or money to buy weed. It's tough sitting through a lecture with hippies who don't believe in deodorant or showers. Some people are really nice and others are really judgmental.

The area is pretty but is really wet and windy. if the skies are blue, the wind will be blowing, but the skies are normally not blue. rain is a constant drizzle.
