I do not recommend UMASS Dartmouth. Let me list some negative facts…

1. There is a lot of construction going on at the library, this should be done not during school hours because it is very disruptive. It should have been done in the summer, they closed off all the floors and one is available for studying and it is always full.

2. The apperance of the school is awful, it reminds me of prison, everywhere is cement, no flowers, ponds (bcc has a better campus).

3. The food is awful, my friends have gotten sick from the food, the only good place is the salad bar.

4. The college of nursing has a bad passing rate on the nclex, some teachers are not helpful, I feel everything is exams, there is not enough hands on learning. The one time we did have lab there are too many students not enough teachers so it does not facilitate learning and we were rushed out of there for another class coming in. Their cirriculum should be changed and new staff hired. I regret going to this nursing school.

5. There is not enough computer labs, not enough space.

6. Bathrooms are old, need to be renovated, not sanitary. (don't drink from the bubbler, they found bacteria in the water one time).
