If I were you, I wouldn't come here if you would like the overall "college" experience. Everyone commutes and for me it was very hard to make friends. Everyone is always to themselves and is only there to go to class. Luckily I knew people from my high school going here, so I didn't have a hard time having friends. Although the parties suck, and there is absolutely nothing to do on weekends. Since the semester started I have only stayed on campus one weekend. I literally go home every weekend because I cant stand being here on the weekend doing nothing. All I do is sit in my room and do homework. To go anywhere you need your car and the campus is literally on a mountain. Its always cold and windy and the walks to class are TERRIBLE. There are so many steps and walking around construction gets irritating after a while. The food here sucks and you literally have to pay for everything. The only thing good at first is the diner on campus, but then you get sick of that food too. I am currently a freshman here and i am most definitely transferring next year. There are people here that absolutely love it, but I would just have to disagree with their opinion. If you don't mind being bored and focus on your school work 24/7 then this is the place for you. Class sizes are great and the amount of work is manageable. Goodluck!
