Seriously, DO NOT GO HERE.

Looking for school spirit? We don't have it.

A tight-knit student body? Depends how many commuter students felt like coming to campus that day.

Want to get involved outside of going to classes? Nobody cares.

Trying to find a campus that's pretty and easy to navigate? Good luck, because literally everything is fenced off and under construction for the next 3 years.

And to top if off, this school could not care less about sexual violence on campus and the safety of its students. I was sexually assaulted on campus last semester and Mason police gave me a pizza coupon to make me feel better. Haven't heard from them since. Want more info on their total lack of empathy? Read this Huffington Post story:

Mason is the fourth college I've attended (long story) and I'm graduating in a month and I'm honestly kind of depressed that George Mason University is the school that I'll be stuck with on my diploma for the rest of my life.

responseYou should be prepared to be very disappointed in your life. Counting on everyone to conform to your feelings will get you so far, about 2 steps off that campus into the real world. Ever consider taking responsibility for yourself and not worrying about what other do? Apparently not. I wish you maturity and wellness.
responseActually I was expressing my opinion based on my own personal experience at this school, which is the purpose of this site. I'm about to graduate with honors and a great full-time job waiting for me thanks entirely to my own hard work, so I could not care less whether people use this info or choose to go here or not.

But not having cameras or any form of security in the parking garages, which have long been hotspots for theft and assault (sexual or otherwise) is unsafe—period.

And you want me to take responsibility for my own sexual assault? Interesting. I wish you best of luck in life with that perspective.

responseHow convenient for you to be able to change you perspective of concern from Judge Kavanaugh to security cameras. Part of that maturity is honesty (at least to yourself if you can’t be otherwise). I’d bet you don’t really believe your own BS.
On second thought, good luck to your employer.
responseA girl got sexually assaulted and that's your response? I fucking hate this world so much. If anything YOU should worry about what others DO if they advocate or plan to harm others. Is it impossible to be concerned with two things at the same time? Those things aren't mutually exclusive. Can't you connect one and one you fucking idiot?
