The quarter system goes pretty fast, so stay on top of all assigned work and studying. At Davis, you feel guilty for leaving the library too early, like 11pm. Expect to study everyday. Hope that your body and mind can function with less than minimal sleep. With most math/science classes, professor use a bell curve for grades, therefore 10% of the class will get an A, another 10% will get an F, and the rest will be in between. The competitiveness in the classes requires your best efforts if you expect to pass them. Good Luck!!
