Perhaps the university should educate people on basic economics and stop being a part of the subversive socialist agenda by hiding the truth. |
Major: Pharmacy (This Major's Salary over time)
You know, URI gets a lot of crap for being just a "safety," or a "backup" in many people's minds, but after almost a year here, I have to wonder why. The campus is great, the food is alright, almost all of my classes are challenging, engaging, and productive, the only exceptions coming from the chemistry department (to some extent). I have met so many very bright and happy students here. I know that personally, I didn't really want to leave the state, my family and friends behind, which is partially why I came to URI. Needless to say, I made the right choice. The tuition is relatively low, the programs are good and boast a solid return on investment, and there are so many ways one can fit in. Coming to URI is by no means a bad decision.
