Montclair is a HORRIBLE school. If you are going to commute and go there ONLY for class and nothing else, you will be fine. If you plan on living there, DON'T. It is horrible. I literally just gave the school an F in almost anything. On Saturday nights all sources of food on campus closed at 8. There was never anyone on campus past 5, even during the week. The RA's are there because they get free housing, and that is the ONLY reason. They do not do SHIT. All of the clubs are filled with people who have social problems. They advertise so much shit about not needing a car, but the closest place to get to by walking is a half-hour walk away. The dorms are horrible, some of them actually have mold in them. They like to advertise that they have a train station on campus, except they forget to mention it only runs M-Th. They advertised a new building that would be finished in Fall 2007, didn't get done until Spring 2010. It is seriously a horrible school. Just don't go there. I gave them an F in almost everything. People like to say college is what you make of it, but at Montclair there is nothing to make anything out of. Literally, all I ever did was play mario in the lounge or walk around campus. Those were the two activities I had available to entertain myself with. ALSO it's easy as hell to get in, and there's a lot of really stupid people there. My community college was better than montclair. DO NOT GO HERE.
