Hey I moved to USC from Texas, andBrightMath
Hey I moved to USC from Texas, and let me tell you I regret ever having applied to this awful school. I cant belive im suck here paying an outrageous 36,000 dollars a year on tuition for an education thats mediocre at best. People say USC is challenging but what they mean is they like to Give out Bad grades for Worthless GE classes. The GE's are so awful I cant think of anyone that feels that the GE system is good. anyways, its bad for math as well, the professors are so busy with god knows what they rush through lectures and then your expected to figure out everything on your own. I am getting ripped of so badly. Also, the area is dangers. Being a Female i am especially afriad of getting raped or robbed, a frequent occurance in the area. Well ive already been here 3 years might as well finish the last one and get out of here.

Question
OMG what a worthless school.Quite BrightEconomics
OMG what a worthless school. I cant belive i didnt withdrawl from USC when i had the chance to go to UCSD, i wasted more money in one year at USC than i would have in 4 at UCSD and for what? the area is dangerous, the students are rude and selfish, the economics department is lousy, the students all frequently complain about how money hungry USC is and how they all wished they went to UCLA. Well i mean the campus is nice (if u can make it there alive crossing the mean streets of south central) and if u want to go sight seeing, compton is only a few minutes away. Oh yeah and there are muggings and rape daily, u get little emails every day warning you to be very afraid, cause u might even get robbed standing on FRAT ROW at 9 PM on a weekday like my friend was. And oh yeah USC seems to have many people that LEAVE it when the get the chance, and the people that stay do so cause they already spent so much they might as well finish, unless u must, or go to the Cinema School (for production NOT critical studies) i would recommend NOT to go to USC for any reason.

Question
I went to USC as a transfer fromBusiness - Management and Administration
I went to USC as a transfer from UC Riverside and i was very excited to go to a "better" university" However, when i got to USC i immediatly regreted it. The students were cold and rude, and the school is unbelivably money hungry. They even charge 100 dollars to petition special request to make changes after deadlines, although these petitions never get passed, as it is just a scam to get 100 more dollars out of you. And the Marshall School of Buisness is awful. The classes are like no better than i could have taken at UCR and in fact, the classes at UCR are better in my opion, GE's at USC suck, noone likes any of their classes, and Marshall is Challenging, because everyone is so afriad to fail a class and waste $4.000 dollars even though the bell curve ensures a few people will fail, thus the school will make more money when they retake the class. and theres a 2.85 curve that keeps everyone out of gradute and law school, I Know personally 12 people that i graduated with that regreat getting a buisness degree from USC because they got a lower gpa then they derserved and then didnt get into law school and it ruined their lives. I considered going back to UCR but i already wasted so much money at USC i figued i should just finish as quick as possible. So i did my best and ended up with a 3.1 gpa which is SO BAD i got rejected from every grad school i applied to, so much for USC getting u places. What a waste of money, i wish i stayed At UCR , even thought i know UCR sucks, I would have perfered to to to UCR than USC and the marshall school of buisness, dont go to USC youll thank me later.
