I enjoyed my time at Bob Jones.Super BrilliantEducation
I enjoyed my time at Bob Jones. Through different classes in political science and physical science, I was urged to think critically. This has helped me immensely as I've pursued numerous opportunities in political work. It's kind of interesting to read some of the comments where people talk about how hard it is to get ahead with a Bob Jones degree...yet BJ grads are in leadership position in a number of companies and organizations. Bob Jones has graudates with high-level positions in the South Carolina Governor's Office, Lt. Governor's Office and as members of the Senate and House. BJ grads are also on the staffs of several congressmen...both in and out of South Carolina. Asa Hutchinson, deputy secretary of Homeland Security, is a BJ grad. While there are those who may jeer about the university's stands, most respect it as a place where they can get a graduate who works hard and does a great job!

I greatly enjoyed and profitted by my timeReligion/Religious
I greatly enjoyed and profitted by my time at BJU. The Lord used my experience there to teach me much about life and to prepare me for ministry. The education was very thorough and most of the faculty, staff and students were encouraging and uplifting. I went to BJU straight from public school and never had any problem with adjusting to the rules, nor did any of my friends. A number of students do have problems with the rules, but that problem is ultimately a heart problem.

I know a lot of people express concern over the accreditation issue, but I had a number of good friends who got into med school, law school, etc. without difficulty (except sometimes in choosing which one to attend). I also know that when I attended many of the Big 5 accounting firms and other top businesses recruited at BJU. My best friend had no problem with his CPA exam and was hired by a Big 5 accounting firm.

Even more important than the quality of the academics at BJU is the fact that the school was a place that really helped me to grow in Christ. The Bible classes were excellent and the interraction with other students also served to help me grow in Christ. There are people there who do wrong and have bad attitudes, but thankfully (at least while I was there) most of these were caught or did not last too long.

BJU is a great school for Bible-believing Christians.BrightBusiness - Management and Administration
BJU is a great school for Bible-believing Christians. I just wish that everyone would be able to experience the joys of living in a Christ-centered life. No matter where you are just remember that there is a God in heaven that is waiting with open arms to accept you into His family.

John 3:16-17 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
