JMU was a wonderful experience.Communications
JMU was a wonderful experience. The group of people who attend JMU are as varied as the locations they come from. Although many students are from VA, NJ, NY & MD, there are many students from across the country and the world. JMU offered something for everyone. The surrounding town is small and not very interesting, but campus has lots to offer. The surrounding area does what it can to cater to students since they expand the size of the city by 1/4 during the school year. LOVED JMU and I am glad that I chose it over other schools in VA.

Question
JMU was an excellent choice for me.English
JMU was an excellent choice for me. I opted for JMU over William and Mary and UVA for the reason that JMU attracts something of a more intresting crowd, though Harisonburg could use some sprucing up. All said, it was a wonderful place to learn. I slacked on the social scene and was something of a book worm but was rarely bored. Since graduating, I have had some outstanding jobs. Also, I was accepted at a very good grad. school. It is not the most famous school in Virginia, but for me it was the best!

Question
James Madison University is a small school atmosphereOther
James Madison University is a small school atmosphere in a larger school setting. I have gotten so much personal help and advice. Everyone I talk to about problems I have are willing to bend over backwards to accomodate me. Lets just say that if I was at ANY other school on this planet I would have not made it to graduation.
