I wish I had been counselled to find a career that utilizes my level of intelligence instead of getting virtually no substantial advice at all. I am now back at school and taking classes to enter optometry school. My lack of direction and motivation in my previous undergraduate work was reflected in my grades and has made it tougher to get into optometry school and tougher to get the much needed scholarships.
