The educational value was not worth my time or money. This is a commuter school, and UNT refuses to acknowledge that. They charge outrageous prices for parking permits, make the students park the furthest away from campus and give parking tickets for EVERYTHING! Getting a simple question answered over the phone is near impossible. You will always get the standard answer of "you need to make an appointment for that". Why does it take 8 weeks to get a degree plan put together? Each department keeps to itself. The advisor for my college (Education) didn't know that a course number had changed and made me get written verification from my professor (which took several days) before they would give me creit. Shouldn't the advisor know a course number changed? They are also famous for dropping students from a class and not telling them.
