I've been really surprised by the quality of education here - This wasn't my first choice school 2 years ago, but after talking with some friends that are going to "name schools" in state, I think I'm having a better undergrad experience. I've had hardly any TA's, the prof's are good (especially Dr. Lansen - History - incredible guy!) I haven't felt that I was trying to be "weeded out", like some of my friends in other schools, but you are challenged in a manageable way. A lot of new buildings are going up around campus - Easy campus to walk around (except for some hills) - Wish there was a bit more school spirit, but it seems to be growing. Probably would be more spirit if we had a football team, but our basketball team is good. All in all, I'm glad I'm going here. Looking back, I wish I had applied for the Honors Program - Probably coulda gotten in, and they get the best pick of profs and class times!
