take into consideration that carbondale is in the south and is dominated by white christian republicans. in other words, "closed-minded america." so if your a minority liberal, don't bother debating your opinions because you won't get anywhere. just come here for the inexpensive education. i find myself constantly defending why minorites get more scholarship opportunities than others, and that seems to press a nerve here.
