There
is an open enmity to Asian students on campus from
the Administration. Vice President for Student Affairs Patricia Telles-Irvin intentionally
ignored Asian students at a recent speech to students. She
purposely cut her speech short and rushed off stage to
avoid questions and concerns from Asian students. There is
an article of this in the Alligator newspaper on August
29, 2005.
Telles-Irvin has repeatedly ignored and brushed aside Asian
students concerns and questions.
