If you are going for a sculpture major, then plan on the university not caring about you, question if you even exist, and cut roads through your sculpture garden on a whim. Sometimes im astounded how little funding this department has, and how little it has changed in the past 3 years i have been here, things have only gotten worse. Its not too much to ask for the school to invest in the department, we just need some newer tools that dont require rubber bands and duct tape to operate half the time. If the university doesnt focus on more proactive role in the students and faculty in the sculpture department, i forsee a lawsuit waiting to happen
