Date: Sep 21 2006 Major: Other (This Major's Salary over time) UH offered an outstanding honors program and a large school/city experience. Although I was relatively immature in my social and academic approach to college, UH's honors program faculty personnel (esp. Dr. Estes) and the commitment of some of the student development staff (esp. Dr. Douglass, Mr. Bridges and Ms. Anzivino-Stephens) supported my transition to becoming a successful individual. I was not very pleased with the administrative nature of being a number in a crowd and having to deal with staff who had been abused by long lines of tired and rude students before me and were therefore not very approachable by the time my turn came, but I enjoyed the heck out of being one of the relatively few students living on campus who benefitted from the plethora of student development funds contributed by the commuter students who did not partake of the programming opportunities.
