I have been extremely disappointed in my experience at UTA and the quality of education offered. The studio professors have completely lost sight of the purpose of their job- to teach and instead focus on giving the students busy work that is totally un-applicable in the real world. The only students who do well in studio are the ones who have figured out how to work the system. The path A program is intended to weed students out, so don't waste your time or money at this school if you intend to pursue this path. Avoid the Boswellites. Unfortunately they seem to control everyone at this school even the dean. Go to UT or TT. Don't subject your self to the abuse this school offers in place of an education.
