Major: Criminal (This Major's Salary over time)
I began taking courses at AMU in 2003 when I was stationed in Italy, then continued while I was in California and Iraq. The school itself is great, especially now that they are regionally accredited. However, I have had nothing but problems with thier federal student aid department. I got the run around for 2 months while trying to get my classes paid for by my Stafford Loans. I did everything that was asked of me to include reaccomplishing my FAFSA, faxing in a financial aid intent form, verification forms, my taxes and W-2s. All this because I got divorced and had a baby! And yet, with 2 months leeway before starting my classes, the department could not finish my paperwork on time. I had to register for new classes on the next start date and reaaply for a loan for my new start dates. It was nothing butt a huge pain in my @ss.
