This school is not well known nation wide but as an out of state student i learned that it has a bad reputation in North Carolina. It is usually the average person that goes theres 3rd or 4th choice of school always behind NCST and ECU. If you are comming from far away and can not get into UNC, Wake Forest, or Duke, i would only look into NCST or ECU, if u cant get into any of thoses 5 schools, dont even bother with North Carolina. (Ranks 48th in Education out of the 50 states.)
