The overall catalog of courses is pretty good. The instructors are pretty good and they get back to you in a timely manner. However there is a deceptive practice that concerns me. When you enroll they tell you to have all your transcripts sent to the college for evaluation. After you accomplish your mission they then tell you to submit $100 dollars and they will get the transcripts for you and then evaluate them. I explained that I already took the time and effort to get the transcripts orders and delivered. They replied, This was all done after I was enrolled in a class and went through the hassle of transferring to this school. Seems like a gotcha tactic. One hundred dollars is not a big deal normally except that in these trying times with high fuel prices I would have done things differently. The school also didn't know how they were supposed to interact with EarmyU. When I enrolled in a class they explained that all I had to do is to select a class from heir site and the school does the rest. Then I received a notice claiming that my tuition assistance was filed and I needed to do so. When I asked them how to do it within their guidelines they directed me back to the Army EarmyU career counselors. I called EarmyU and they explained it in detail. EarmyU was concerned because this should have been easily answered by the college EarmyU representative.
