The
University of Florida is where art, creativity, and individuality goes
to die. There, you are nothing but a cold, stupid
number. UF glorifies and fetishizes the football team and Lord
Savior: Tim Tebow. The Greek system is a hulking force
that strips women of their intelligence, personality, and self-worth. UF
touts one of the most repulsive looking campuses in the
nation. Apparently, the nadir of architecture (i.e. the 1970's) threw
a filthy rager back in the day, and the remains
of which, have unfortunately yet to be razed. The surrounding
city, Gainesville, Florida, is quite possibly the most soul-crushingly boring
town in the country. So, come on and be apart
of the loud, obnoxious, and tumorous Gator Nation! Oh, and
the Honors College is steeped in arrogance and social awkwardness-
a wonderful combination for a great big bowl of UGH.
