UVM, is an amazing school. The schools atmosphere will give you a better understanding of yourself. I am a out of stater from New Jersey, i am not a "hippy" i dont do drugs, i like to party and get a good education. UVM provides all of that! downtown is sick, great shopping cute little stores but also your typical name brand stores (ex. Gap, Macy's extra.) UVM has something for everyone. If you like/love the outdoors and like to be active uvm is for you. There is always something going on, stuff you can do. I have a few friends that are even from the west coast, yes they say its different, but they also love it. UVM is expensive, and yeah some private schools are cheaper but the community inside uvm is worth it. There finical aid program is pretty good so there's a plus. Im saying if you like the outdoors, having a good time, getting a good education… UVM is for you!
