Major: Business - Management and Administration (This Major's Salary over time)
This place is a joke. I ended up transferring to a junior college after one semester. Living in one of the high-rises (Moore) is like living in a jail cell. One functioning shower (with no hot water) is not enough for twelve girls. Covering a wall with another layer of paint will not get rid of the mold. People get stuck in the elevators constantly. "Quiet hours" translate to "run through the hallways screaming." RDH (the dining hall) is disgusting. There is a pretty bad security problem on campus and the surrounding area. Anyone can get into the dorms, even if they don't have the ID card. I don't think they ever caught the Campus Creeper that was in one of the other high-rises. Parking is ridiculous. Academics are worthless. My instructors that I have now are much more educated than the ones I had at UNCC. Classes at the junior college are much more challenging and interesting than anything I ever did at UNCC. Advisors are also worthless, so don't depend on them for anything. I hadn't planned on going home every weekend, but I did because everyone else left and there was NOTHING to do. Some people were very friendly, but mostly they were arrogant rich kids from the Charlotte area that didn't want to move too far away from mommy and daddy. Save your time, money, and sanity. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
