I never felt connected to the school through school spirit. Many people are here because there parents MADE them go to college…pathetic. Not a good experience and school is disconnected from the students that attend. With most profs you feel like they want to give a lecture and then get the hell out of there.

I always liked the way they looked at you strangely if you went to their office hours. Most of the time it was the "what the h*ll do you want? Don't you know I'm busy jerking off in here?" look. The pervasive attitude among professors and administrators at VCU is "I can do whatever I want…give me your money and get out!"
