Avoid VCU like herpes. The school stinks. I can't imagine why it is even a four year college. Only MCV is worth the money. VCU is a total joke of a college. Any four year school in Virginia would be a better choice.

Please elaborate: Why is it a joke? Exactly why do you hate the school and town so much? Not to be rude, but do you actually get out and socialize or do extra curriculars? There has to be SOME way to socialize wherever you are. Why did you choose the school in the first place?

I will elaborate…the school stinks because it is run like a University of Phoenix. The administrators only care about the money and it shows: the tuitions fees continually increase; there are a million students to one faculty member in many classes, many of the faculty members don't care and/or are incompetent; Richmond is a real nightmare…all of the negatives of a city and almost none of the positives of one; the VCU administrators/faculty are corrupt and would rather cover for each other than address student concerns; and the school's reputation is almost as bad as the University of Phoenix. Heck, just go to UOP and it will have the same effect as going to VCU.
