Major: Genetics (This Major's Salary over time)
I am from Boston and Iowa City is BORING as anything. However, people who grew up in the Midwest did not think so. Actually, native midwesterners liked Iowa City a lot. The town itself (it's not a city, I don't care itself what they say) is clean and very family-friendly. It's not the best place to be as a young, single grad student.The professors are the best in their fields and the people there are friendly, sometimes too much so. You will make friends quickly.I left because I hate Iowa as a place to live. I need more excitement in my life. Also, moving back to Boston, the only responses I get from people are "Iowa? Really? Why?" That can't be good.
