In hindsight where do you think would have been a better place to go for nursing? |
Major: Nursing (This Major's Salary over time)
Although I knew I wanted to goto uvm the second I stepped on campus. I'm rethinking my decision. It's highly expensive for what you get. You're forced to move off campus third year and it's stressed to sign leases in the fall of sophomore year. People are pretty self absorbed and have the "everyone else is doing things wrong, I must be right and fix it" mentality, especially regarding human rights, woman's rights, and global climate change. Don't get me wrong I believe in all of these things but to have others act as though I am wrong because I'm not rioting and picketing over such things is not the environment I was looking for. The dining halls are sub par although they act as though they're all local goodness. The res halls are overpriced and there is little floor interaction in my building. Overall I wish I had made another choice.
