I have been totally disappointed by DU. I would say academically it has been good, and the professors, for the most part, are helpful. The one major thing that is super tough is the quarter system. We are constantly crammed trying to get everything done in a rush, which is not fair to people who learn at a slower pace. But, the worst part is the student body. The students here are super aloof, unapproachable, and arrogant. The social scene is not what I expected either: the parties are just not fun and Greek life here is a joke. I wasn't expecting a huge Greek or party scene, but it is really lacking here. I know many of my friends here agree with me, and are considering transferring, as am I. I will say though, Denver is a wonderful city and I will miss it. But, I just cannot recommend DU; it promised so much, yet it did not deliver.
