This school is located in 3rd ward, a horrible part of town. The area is just gross and there are homeless and crackheads wandering around 24/7. The faculty doesnt care about you and they actually get off to making things more difficult for you. the campus houseing is lousey and expect to get arrested all the time if you are anything but a straight edge. They will set you up to get in trouble so they can fine you and take your money. There are also basically no attractive girls here and the ones that are not as ugly as the others but are still ugly, think they are hot shit and its annoying as hell. Tuition for this place is incredibly high and goes up about 15-20% each year. This is a horrible school and you will have a horrible experience if you go here - so DONT.

On the other hand.. the only way that this would be an acceptable place to get your degree is if you are an older person.. married, live in houston and dont plan on spending time on the campus except for classes.

Not but 20 minutes after writing this review my car was towed by UofH PD and my car was parked legally with all the proper tags that i had to spend a fortune to get. They still made me pay 150\( plus the ticket, 45\) to get my car back. This school is one big peice of shit.. its pathetic

If you actually went to this school then you know after three unpaid tickets on your record, you get towed… There is no random towing. Or you may have been parked in a reserved spot. Anywho, if you did have the proper tags then you can petition it and get your money back.

By the way, Ms USA was a UH grad, playboy comes to UH to find girls all the time… so im not sure about us having ugly women on campus.

Well he probably hasnt been on campus in a while.. (or maybe hes into fat chicks) but ask anyone, and everyone I know will tell you that the majority (90%) of the other universities in this country are breeding grounds filled with hot sexy girls. Granted, a few at UH are attractive(say 5-10%), but wouldnt you rather go to a school where 75-85% of the girls are attractive? Also I have seen the playboy issue which features the UH student.. but she is the only girl from UofH in playboy (ever) and there are usually 3 or 4 from each college in a single issue (and then more differnt girls from that same college in other issues).. And as for Ms USA, I did not know this, but it doesnt change anything because she probably commuted (like 90% of the student body does(because the campus (and area)is gross as hell)) so she was never around for anyone to gaze at anyway.. Oh and the houston chronicle states that 1 in 4 white girls have STDs and 1 in 2 black girls have STDs.. just so you know.. ugly tainted pussys

Not sure why APPEARANCE matters, but true, I'm a girl and the guys are not attractive. The teachers suck. The school is expensive. Crimes everywhere. etc etc etc
