Seton Hall University is a school for frat-heads and basketball players. With this school, it would not be far fetched to say that you are, in essence, paying for the name. There are a few good professors, just not many. Several professors don't show up to class, others don't speak satisfactory English and some don't even talk about the subject matter! Seton Hall is a sorry desperate institution. The school lets in about 88% of those who apply and bribe good students with scholarships. That's why I went there. It is very very difficult to get involved at this place and once you get past lame ass dorm parties, there is really nothing. The school is in the middle of the hood, its unsafe, and its unrealistically expensive, even with scholarship. There are virtually no clubs and I feel that I haven't grown academically or socially since my beginning here. If you are serious about school and want to actually be something, look elsewhere…I'm transferring in the fall.
