Colgate is not a perfect university. Common complaints are that it is too small, too rich, too rural, too cold, too much drinking…take your pick. I think these observations are true, but there are many admirable traits about Colgate that make it a unique place to spend 4 years. My classes are challenging, my professors are sincere, and my degree will be worth my work study and student loans I have that will last me into eternity. And yes, the sports are fun to watch, too, even if we are the underdog year after year. Go 'Gate.
