Whether you think the courses are good or not, many tech companies recruit from Cornell; the degree and the networking gets you far.The problem, however,is the people here are quite vacuous. Everyone tries to game the system (no academic brilliance is found here) and no one forms true friendships or relationships. This is because Cornell, in my opinion, overworks its students, and the people here are all academic climbers and care more about stepping on each other on their way to the top than wasting their precious time on forming real relationships with one another. That said, the school is a lot of fun until the novelty of getting drunk at a frat party and slaying some slut wears off.Oh, and the girls are ugly.
