Do you by any chance know how the geology/bio areas are academically? Also, is the student body very diverse ethnically, religiously, and sexually? |
Major: Computer Science (This Major's Salary over time)
I've had a very nice time at NAU so far, been to 3 other uni's before this (all in large area's) and nothing comes close. The nightlife is the best I've seen and it's in a small town!?!?!?! The school feels like your on a camping trip the entire time so stress is at a minimum. And most of all I hardly need my car to get around. Taxi's and bus's are cheap and everywhere as well as your bike is pretty dang nice to have. The major drawback from NAU is the living arangments, you live in broom closets because apartments and houses are so expensive. Too many people trying to live in this town and the city won't expand. (not that it should)Trust me thou, unless you think you need a large city like the ones I come from, your going to love going to school here.
