Although they promise amnesty for underage drinking, it is a lie. I've had several friends busted and expelled (and not treated for this problem). In addition, any random girl can falsely accuse you of "date rape" and you've never even dated her! Several parts of the dorm were broken and never repaired despite repeated calls. The professors were arrogant and never available.

“Udel is a great school.Bright
Udel is a great school. Overall the teachers are great, but yes there are those teachers that are not so good. I do think at times the Administration can be difficult to deal with, but I do not include the professors in this assessment. President Harker does seem to care for the students though. Finances are expensive here, but it is college and I was prepared for that. Be prepared for the school to ask you for money, but to be honest pretty much anywhere you go they are going to ask you for extra donations. The school is pretty and they are continuing to build new buildings that are really nice. The student body is friendly. The only I don't like is that people can complain to much and not realize all the school has to offer. I do have to say that a lot of things on this website are bold faced lies and if it seems really far-stretched or out of the ordinary than it probably is

This was definitely not my first choice school, came because of the scholarship. i hope to transfer to lehigh after this year. i realize now why udel is so generous with their scholarship offers, it's definitely a second rate school. i should have given penn state a shot, but what the hell, one way or another i'm outta this shit hole...............
