The school is not even close to what I had hoped for. The classes are too easy and the student population is snotty. I often question how most of the students here even got in.I plan to tranfer at the end of my sophomore year.

Boston College is a lot of fun (itQuite BrightEnglish
Boston College is a lot of fun (it is in an excellent location), but it is definately not the most inviting place in the world. The student body is EXTREMELY homogeneous and most of them tend to act like snotty elitists. As a student who does not come from a wealthy background, I often felt out of place. As far as the work is concerned, it is quite difficult in almost every class, but unfortunately, it is more than likely that in at least two, your professors will not provide adequate or helpful instruction.

Honestly, this school is probably the most organized school on the planet... on the outside it is also the picture perfect university... however, when you dive into the school, it's full of extremeties that cause this school to be only a little above average... your classes, professors, success, and life, at this school are totally determined by luck... you either get the best or the worst of every category... ironically, there is even a lottery for housing that leaves a large number of students quite upset..
