If you want to come to this school, you should be a personBrightPsychology
If you want to come to this school, you should be a person who doesn't mind, or even enjoys, staying in on a Saturday night to do homework or watch a movie by yourself. There is absolutely NOTHING to do in town so don't bother investing in a car unless you're planning to drive at least an hour away in any direction. If you're already coming here, start trying to find a lot of enjoyment in doing laundry, checking your e-mail, cleaning your bathroom, or all sorts of fun things that you'll use to occupy your time once you get here.

Question
Going to William and Mary has been oneQuite BrightPolitical Science
Going to William and Mary has been one of the best decisions I have made in my life. First, the academic possibilities are limitless. The faculty here treats you as individuals are willing to accommodate your learning needs, whether you are struggling with a particular topic or is doing great and want to study the topic in greater depth. The university lends strong support to undergraduate research, and there are numerous opportunities for students to pursue research opportunities across the nation and around the world. Second, William and Mary has a very diverse student population and students generally keep a very open mind. Whatever you 'scene' - be it jocks, nerds, and everything in between - the chances of you finding somewhere you 'belong' is very high. Third, the university has excellent supporting services such as free counselling, a superb sports center, a very helpful writing center, and excellent research librarians.
