George Mason University provides a solid educational experieQuite BrightPolitical Science
George Mason University provides a solid educational experience with opportunities to engage on an academic level with both students and professors. It is a large school with a 'small school' feel to it. Students need to take advantage of the campus activities as well as the surrounding areas. Fairfax is beautiful, and D.C. is an amazing place to explore. It is up to the student to take advantage of these opportunities.

Question
Mason is a terrible school.Quite Bright
Mason is a terrible school. They sill revel in their victory to get to the final four in 2004. Most of the teachers are not helpful. For example, a teacher wrote on one of my homeworks that I would not pass on the final. I showed her, I got a B. Parking services is unhelpful and random. Parking tickets are $75. That is unreal, even in NYC. Parking passes range from $300-$450 depending on if you want to walk a mile to class or not. Student life and Housing are complete wrecks. They are not helpful nor are they organized. I had to write back 8 times to housing in order for them to change my room, which I already in the beginning of the year filled out a form to do, which apparently never got processed. Tuition is going through the roof for this C grade University you will spend easily 70k for instate, this does not include books. You do not at all get what you pay for. I would not go to this school if I knew it was going to be this bad. I highly suggest no one goes to this school.

Question
The administrators are complacent and/or actively bully andQuite BrightNursing
The administrators are complacent and/or actively bully and abuse students. They hire and support clinical instructors who are harsh, demeaning, and truly abusive toward students--people who lie and are deeply vicious. They create a situation of extreme jeopardy for even high-achieving students by hiring truly low quality people as clinical instructors and then giving them absolute and arbitrary power over students. This is an evil school run by evil women who lack moral insight and empathy. It has been one long hellish freak show!
