Think about it -Not so brightEducation
Think about it - your credits will have a likely chance of not transferring if you decide to go anywhere else - also being that the school is not accredited is a bad thing if you want to get into graduate school at a state institution

Question
I transferred to PCC from another school.BrightBusiness - Management and Administration
I transferred to PCC from another school. If I had to do it all over I would have attended another college. Despite what others have said on this site, you really don't know what you're getting yourself into as far as rule go until you actually attend PCC. (Even if you read the student handbook) Probably 70% of the rules are unwritten and very subjective.

Girls are required to wear hoisery (What is that?!) to church always, to dinner M-Th, and to chapel every day. (this rule is getting lacks however--this semester we don't have to wear them to breakfast--whoopie!) Guys are required to wear ties during the same times.

Here's something crazy. If you're off campus and you see a member of the opposite gender, and you talk to them you risk being "socialed" meaning you can't talk to any members of the opposite sex for 2 weeks! I understand the promisuity is rampant on most college campuses and PCC tries to protect their students, but really?!

Girls get the bum end of the deal here. Unless you're 23 you must have a minimum of 2 people in order to go off campus after 5 p.m. If you're a guy, you can go off whenever you want (between 6 a.m. and 10 p,m,) and work off campus. Girls are limited to working for minimum wage on campus. Guys are also allowed to go off campus with girls if the girl is 23 or older, or on staff, or a non-student. Girls must be 23 and get a pass in order to go off in a mixed group.

I do value rules and morals, however, it's ridiculous to have to look over your shoulder every moment and wonder if you're going to be stopped for some minor, idiodic infraction. I was not aware of the stupidity of the rule of PCC or I would have never come. I do have to say, I've made some good friends, mainly because they're people like me just trying to survive and make it through without getting in too much trouble.

Question
What this campus needs is a peaceful demonstrationQuite BrightBiology
What this campus needs is a peaceful demonstration or protest. Although protesting is an American right, it is grounds for immediate expulsion @ PCC. Everything involving PCC is maintained. Even the reviews here on studentsreview. Many of the positive reviews in the past month or so have been fake. The Administration realized that there were too many negative comments about the school, and asked alumni in good standing to post positive reviews. Students are not allowed to post or reveal their real interests, music choices, movie choices, life choices, and clothing choices on Myspace or Facebook. Students who wish to voice their honest opinions on facebook and myspace about the school risk immediate expulsion as well. Another American right( freedom of speech and the press) are also not allowed and discouraged as "Ungodly or un-biblical" if it goes against PCC's staunch stand on many issues.

PCC was meant for students who have grown up in very restrictive homes and raised as protected and sheltered environments. The BIGGEST REASONS that students end up at PCC is due to its very cheap price, and the friendships that are formed due to the "pressure-cooker" environment.

If you can handle authority that is very close minded and extremely regulatory than PCC might be a school that would interest you. If you worry about attending an accredited school than PCC is not for you. But if you do end up attending PCC, keep a good GPA in case you get kicked out. The University of West Florida will more than likely take your credits from PCC. UWF is one of the few institutions that understand the dilemma that PCC students are coming from. Oh I forgot. Pensacola, FL is a very nice, small city. There are plenty of things in Pensacola to do when you finally find yourself outside the "Berlin" walls of PCC. I rated the city life poorly due to the fact that students of PCC are restricted access to many local events and festivals, and discouraged to become a part of the Pensacola, FL area.
