Undergrad career services could be better - it's very hard to schedule an appointment with advisers. Don't expect your residential college to truly be the center of your social life - to many, it's just a dorm. The vast majority of professors here don't have the time of day to be "bothered" by undergrads, and most departments are not close-knit communities. For all its supposed intimacy, in many Yale is basically quite impersonal - it definitely shows on the faces of many on campus. Overall people aren't very happy here. Maybe it's the weather.
