Date: May 23 2002 Major: Political Science (This Major's Salary over time) Rochester was a great choice for me. A very good opportunity to meet different types of people and academically very challenging. The work load/course work at Rochester definitely prepared me for Graduate School, which I thought was much easier, compared to academic requirements at Rochester. It is cold and sometimes feels smaller than it is. But for me it was a great choice. Oh, and even thought it sometimes does not feel like it when you are there, people in the world have heard of the University of Rochester (instead of confusing it w/ RPI, RIT or a Suny school) and it carries a pretty good reputation. In fact, during my graduate studies we often read articles/books written by the very same professors, I had at the UofR. That definitely puts one ahead of the curve!
