I didn't learn much there at all. My best classes were the requirements in psychology, eastern religion, philosophy and sociology. Forget about advanced film theory and production, they are horrible. Besides, 80% of the faculty are extraordinary favoritists, closed minded and self interested

($$$$ and ego, not teaching)

Everything I learned was so simple, I could of learned it on my own with a couple of good film production books. If I shoot for film as a career again I would take an undergrad in something more intellectually oriented and get experience on the job. By the way, unless you want to live in New York, LA, are independently wealthy, reaaly really lucky (luckier than luck itself) or your mother owns a production house, dont even bother thinking your gonna attain a fullfilling career. Besides, if you're not into like being treated poorly and dont love being a brown noser, film is not a career for you.

After all, Emerson felt to me like a waste of money with no real educatio in film production or theory.
