I transferred to a private accredited college to be closer to home. Almost all of my credits transferred. If I had it to do over again, I would have completed my work at PCC. The college I transferred to was nice but worldly. Finding a quiet place to study was difficult and living arrangements were very uncomfortable. If you want to learn, go to PCC. If you want to party by the world's standards, go to another school. You might think some of the rules are unnecessary - like lights out at 11 pm - but I found that I even missed that rule about PCC once I left. It at least gives you the opportunity to rest without your roommates constantly waking you up at all hours of the night. The rule was also nice while at PCC. You never had to question what a guy's intentions were. He sincerely liked you if he asked you out. I regret having left PCC.
