Some key things have changed since I graduated from PCC, but my experience there was fine. The rules are strict, but keep the campus structured—for the most part. The academics are superb; my only complaint in that regard is that most of the programs are not accredited (although they could be if the administration chose to pursue accredidation). Overall, mine was a good experience.
