PCC is an institute of high standards. There is not much toleration for rule breaking. Rules are spelled out when a student applies and is accepted. PCC is tough, but rewarding. PCC has cultural and is relevant. If my 4 children decided to attend PCC, I would be very supportive. PCC gave developed character in me that, I believe could not have been gained at another university. The PCC campus is beautiful and second to none. It is always a joy when I return to campus to see the growth. PCC is very affordable. Upon graduation, I had no student loans to pay.
