I would highly recommend PCC to anyone who has been raised in a monestary or communist dictatorship, as you will feel right at home. Barring that, I would advise you to pray REALLY hard when deciding if this is the school for you. It may be that God intends for you to attend a real Christian college that does not script out every minute of your college (including breaks/vacations) life for you. PCC is a prepatory grade school with mediocre college-level courses (to be fair, they have alot of great courses and teachers, as well, but not enough to off-balance the treatment of the students as bedwetting, incompetent perverts), and that observation is made from experiencing their condescending lack of respect first hand

Monasteries are not like that at all. And communist countries are not an appropritate comparison, either.
Try Iran or Saudi Arabia, instead, and it's getting warmer!
