Major: Nursing (This Major's Salary over time)
I feel that PCC prepared me well to be a nurse. I am confident in my skills and medical knowledge as a nurse.Upon graduation I was hired on to a critical care unit, and have adjusted well to the demanding role of a critical care nurse. The rules at PCC are strict and downright silly at times, but anywhere you go in life there will be rules. You might as well get used to following someone elses rules sooner rather than later. Personally, I liked the 11pm lights-out rule, because it meant that everyone had to be quiet, and I could get to sleep when I had to be at clinicals the next morning at 6am. :)
