I chose Pensacola Christian College because I wanted to major in the legal secretarial field. I have to say that the courses were good, but they need to be updated a bit. Students majoring in the legal secretarial field (2-year or 4-year) should be required to learn to use and to navigate westlaw and pacer and have a thorough knowledge or the Florida Court system and filing procedures. If they learn to navigate the Florida Court system and the filing procedures that are involved there, they will be able to easily adapt to working in a law office in another state.

I am now on call 24-7 as both a legal secretary and personal assistant to my boss, who is one of the top 40 attorneys under the age of 40 in the US.
